DAY 1  Kunming – ARRIVAL  Meals: (-/-/-)
Upon arrival, meet with your guide and transfer to your hotel. If time permits, enjoy a walk around the Green Lake Park and take a first glimpse at local way of life. Dinner at your own account.

DAY 2 Kunming - Stone Forest  Meals: (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel. Visit Golden Temple (Located at the top of Phoenix Song Mountain, about 11km from Kunming. The roof of the Daoist temple is made from copper and in the sunlight it glistens like gold. Drive to the Jiuxiang (nine villages) Scenic Region is located in Jiuxiang Yi and Hui Autonomous Township of Yiliang County 90 km away from Kunming.In Yunnan Province it is a well-equipped comprehensive scenic region which is famous for its caves, mountains, rivers, deep valleys, minority customs and cultures. Lunch and dinner at local restaurants.
Overnight at Stone Forest Hotel

DAY 3 Stone Forest - Jianshui  Meals: (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel. In the morning, have a tour of Stone Forest, remarkable ensemble of bizarre-shaped karstic peaks created by erosion of wind and rain some two million years ago. Drive to Jianshui (4h), there are numerous buildings of historic value and places of interest in this area, including over 100 temples, academies of classical learning and large residences. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. Lunch en route and dinner at local restaurant.

DAY 4 Jianshui  Meals: (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel. Have a tour in Confucius Temple (The Jianshui Confucius Temple, the biggest temple in Yunnan Province, is Located near the north Gate to Jianshui. Its scale is second only to that of the Qufu Confucius temple in Shandong Province. Family Zhu’s Garden (The private Garden of the Zhu Family lies in Jianxin Street, Jianshui County and has a total area of 20,000 square meters and a floor space of 5,000 square meters. This grand complex is a typical local residence with distinctive features.Lunch and dinner at local restaurant.

DAY 5 Jianshui - Yuanyang  Meals: (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel. Continue the journey throughout the lush vegetation towards the north. Stop at Twin Dragon Bridge (Five kilometers west of Jianshui , at the confluence of Lujiang River are the Tachong River)And Tuanshan village（Tuanshan village, is 8 kilometers to the west of the county.  The village has currently 237 households and over 90 percent still bear a common family name of Zhang. Then transfer to Yuangyang (4h), upon arrival, transfer to your hotel.  Lunch and dinners at local restaurants.
Overnight at Yun Ti Hotel***.

DAY 6 Yuanyang  Meals: (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel. Tour the local market in Yuanyang or a surrounding village, according to the occurrence. Spend the day in the surrounding villages, which will present a unique opportunity to approach the villagers and see their techniques of agriculture. This area, mostly inhabited by the Hani minority, is famous for its tea. Lunch and dinner at local restaurants.

DAY 7 Yuanyuang – Kunming  Meals: (B/L/-)
Breakfast at hotel. Drive back to Kunming through subtropical landscape along terraced rice paddies, sugar cane and tobacco plantations. Discover the village of Xingmeng still inhabited by the descendants of Mongolian conquerors sent to Yunnan as part of the expeditionary army of Kubilai Khan some seven hundred year ago. Lunch en route. Dinner at  your own account. overnight at your hotel.

DAY 8 Kunming - Departure  Meals: (B/L/-)
Breakfast at hotel. Visit Bamboo Temple, one of the quietest temples in Kunming with its Hall of five hundred arrhats, disciples of Buddha. Drive back to town and enjoy the colorful Flower and Bird market before lunch at local restaurant. Transfer to airport for departure.
