Oh, happy day. The Bank of China released the payment to our credit card company. I can´t thank you enough! In your last e-mail you noted that $50.00 would be taken out to cover your time and expense and "that is grim news". Believe me when I say "It is not grim. It is as it should be" Without your help, we could never have gotten the refund. I have forwarded info on you and your company Brilliant Pearl and Discover China Tours to my sister from Illinois -in the U.S. and also to my brother who is a resident of Beijing.
