Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival
Harbin Ice and Snow Festival hold in every December and last for over a month in winter; it is the first regional festival taking ice and snow as the content. Most ice and snow artworks are exhibiting in Ice and Snow World, Ice Lantern Garden Party, Sun Island Scenic Area, Yabuli International Ski Resort and Zhaolin Park. During the festival, tourists can admire remarkable artworks as well as watching winter swimming competition, literary and artistic evening performances and take part in other ice and snow entertainments.

Harbin Gunbing Festival
Gunbing is the meaning of rolling on ice surface in Chinese. Gunbing Festival is a traditional folk custom in Harbin. In the evening of Lantern Festival, locals light candles and put in various patterns on frozen river, rolling on the ice surface. It is said that rolling on ice surface can remove the bad luck and disaster, bring back good luck and happiness.

China Harbin Summer Concert
China Harbin Summer Concert is a national music festival in China, held every two years and lasted 10 days. The Concert originally created by Harbin people has become the cradle of musical artists and one of the "Top Three Concert" in China with grand scene and numerous famous stars, established the music status of Harbin in China.
